• Responsibility: You warrant Content is accurate, legal, and non-infringing. We may remove objectionable Content at our discretion.

4. Developer-Specific Terms

• Profile Accuracy: Developers must maintain truthful, updated profiles. Personal contact details must not be publicly posted.
• Moderation: We may edit or remove profile content to enforce privacy or clarity.

5. Billing and Payments

• Subscriptions: Fees are due as stated. Auto-renewal subscriptions will charge your payment method automatically.
• Refunds: No refunds are provided except as required by law.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing and cancel orders.

6. Accuracy of Information

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Services without notice, including developer qualifications or job postings.

7. Backups

Backups are for administrative purposes only. Users are responsible for their own data backups.

8. Third-Party Links

We disclaim responsibility for third-party resources linked on the Services. Use at your own risk.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services for:

• Illegal activities, fraud, or harassment

15. Cancellation and Deletion

• Paid subscriptions revert to free accounts upon cancellation.
• Inactive free accounts (6+ months) may be deleted. Content may be permanently lost upon deletion.

16. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or website notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

Governed by the laws of Uruguay. Disputes resolved in courts located in Uruguay. Jury trial waived.

18. General

• Severability: Invalid provisions will be replaced to reflect intent.
• Waiver: No waiver of terms unless in writing.
